Pre-order terms (Box I)

• Reservation. The pre-order form reserves Box I. It is not a purchase, and nothing is charged when you reserve.
• Price. Reserved boxes are offered at 19.99€ each, instead of 28.99€ at launch. Prices include VAT, and shipping is free.
• Delivery. Box I is expected to ship from May 2027. Before shipping, we email you to confirm your order, delivery address and payment. The purchase is only concluded when you confirm and pay.
• Cancelling a reservation. You can cancel at any time before paying, at no cost, by replying to any of our emails.
• Delays. If we cannot ship when announced, we tell you by email and you can cancel. As nothing has been paid, there is nothing to refund.
• Right of withdrawal. After delivery you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014). Tell us by email; we refund what you paid within 14 days, and you return the box at your cost. As tea is a food product, this right does not apply to pouches unsealed after delivery.
• Conformity. If a box arrives damaged or not as described, write to us: you have the legal rights of conformity under Decree-Law 84/2021.

Privacy

The data controller is the seller above. We collect only what you send us, or what the app needs to work:

• Pre-order and contact forms: name, email, company (optional), message and language, to answer you and manage your reservation.
• The Origem app: your journey progress and tasting scores, linked to a random code, not to your name. If you save your journey by email, we keep that email to send you the link, and send news only if you opt in.
• Visit statistics: country and device type, without storing your IP address.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site and the app need to work, and no advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for consent:

• mrd_lang: remembers your language (1 year).
• mrd_theme: remembers the paper or noir look (1 year).
• mrd_journey: keeps your Origem journey on this device (1 year).
